MNHockeyTV Classic Replay

by Pete Waggoner

St. Louis Park, MN - The MNHockey.Tv is releasing it’s first in a series of classic games that have live streamed over the years from our production team.  After branding as MNHockey.Tv in the summer of 2018, we would like to thank all of our viewers for making our transition a successful one.  After year two, we have plenty of games from which to draw from and will include some games that our production teams delivered over the years for other website properties.  We will be posting two games a week on Saturdays and Wednesdays.

Our first game featured a pair of teams that entered the season with high expectations.  The Benilde-St. Margaret’s Red Knights and Edina Hornets faced off on Monday November 25th, 2019 to open our coverage for the upcoming season.  The game did not disappoint as a large crowd assembled at the St. Louis Park Rec Center to view the two teams.  It was a tightly contested 4-3 win by the Red Knights and a wonderful start to our second season on the air.

The one thing that stood out from the beginning of the game was how the Red Knights, who typically play a wide open game, would respond to an Edina team that was going to make the fire-wagon brand difficult on the Red Knights.  Edina tied the game at three early in the third period.  The \Red Knights responded with the eventual game winning goal about four minutes later.

We hope you enjoy our first replay classic from the MNHockey.Tv.
