KARE 11 & MNHockey.TV team up for free high school hockey live streams in 2021-2022
Tradition Companies Hockey Night in Minnesota Returns

MNHockey.Tv and KARE 11 is launching a new partnership that will stream “Hockey Night in Minnesota, Sponsored by Tradition Companies” each week beginning November 30th, 2021. 15 games are featured on the schedule that includes boys and girls games from across Minnesota.
MNHockey.Tv along with presenting sponsor, Tradition Companies, will stream the Hockey Night in Minnesota Game of the Week live on the MNHockey.Tv via the MNHockeyTv YouTube page while KARE11 will simultaneously stream the games live on KARE11.com, the KARE11 mobile app, the KARE 11 Roku and Fire TV apps, and the KARE 11 YouTube page.
“We are thrilled to have this partnership with KARE 11, which has made an impact in covering news and connecting with the community in the state of Minnesota for decades,” said MNHockey.Tv’s Director of Hockey Media Services Pete Waggoner. “Tradition Companies have been a beacon of community support, especially when it comes to hockey and we are extremely grateful that we are able to make this happen for Minnesota High School Hockey fans. We know the game is an institution to the fabric of our state and we look forward to sharing those stories and games on a larger stage with the help from our partners.”
The MNHockey.Tv welcomes Sniper’s Edge as a core sponsor this season in all aspects of content deliver including the Hockey Night in Minnesota Game of the Week. “Sniper’s Edge provides a number of training tools for players to hone their skills at home,’ Waggoner said. “They go beyond training devices and are a great solution for hockey families’ needs.”
While MNHockey.Tv is a full-service pay-per-view hockey company, the Hockey Night in Minnesota Game of the Week will be free to viewers. Games will include multi-camera angles, replays, pre and post-game shows, and between-period interviews. The Game of the Week is an extension of last season’s “Hockey Night in Minnesota Game of the Week Presented by Tradition Companies” and will extend the reach of the programming to the next level.
The promotional reach that KARE 11 has both over the air and digitally will help bring awareness to the games and brand which will be powerful in taking this to the next level. MNHockey.Tv will make all video from the 33 teams on the MNHockey.Tv network is available to the KARE 11 Sports Department for use on the news as well.
